Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We ship internationally!

 

Q: What's your processing time? Shipping time?

A: Your items will be processed within 3-7 business days. Domestic orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment.

International orders may take 10-21 business days, subject to potential customs delays.

 

Q: I have an issue/question with my order 

A: We would love to help you! Email thankyoujesuscompany@gmail.com with any issues or questions regarding your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply. 

  

QHow should I wash & dry my garments?

A: Take care of 'em gently: Flip your clothes inside out before washing. It helps protect the fabric and design. Stick to delicate or gentle cycles with cold water. Skip the dryer and hang your clothes to dry! This keeps your clothes happy and prevents any damage.

 

Q: Do you ever have sales?

A: Yes! Be sure to follow our Instagram (@thankyoujesusco) to be up to date on our sales. 

  

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A: We do not accept returns or exchanges. So please double-check your order, sizes, and shipping times before you complete the checkout. However, if you're unhappy with your order, just reach out to us! We want to make things right for you.

 

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

A: Absolutely! Just send us an email, and we'll be happy to assist you. Please note that once your order has been fulfilled, we won't be able to make any changes or cancellations.

  

Q: Do you accept brand ambassadors?

A: While we don't currently have an open call for brand ambassadors, we appreciate your interest in our brand and mission. If you feel strongly about what we stand for and would like to get involved, we'd love to hear from you! Please send us an email, and let's discuss how we can collaborate.
